What is MamasAngel?

A premium brand of baby clothing and accessories. It was established in 2009 with a vision of providing wearable baby products for affordable prices and the best customer service.

Which country is your products from?

All our baby clothing and accessories are proudly manufactured and made in Pakistan. We only work with certified factories.

What are your accepted payment methods?

Currently. we are only doing cash on deliveries (COD).

Can I cancel my order?

Note: Orders that are dispatched cannot be canceled. Alternatively, you can return the order. Please see our return policy.

Can I change my shipping address?

To ensure you will receive the package in time, please make sure the shipping address is accurate when placing an order.

For change in shipping address, please message us.

Note: After your order has been dispatched, we cannot change your shipping address.

Is there a size chart, how can I see it?

Yes, there is a size chart on every product.

Please click on the “Size Guide” link right above the size selection.

Is your size chart accurate?

We would never want to deliver you something that doesn’t fit your little one properly.

Although, sizes could defer as we use different manufacturers but rest assured that if there is any differences between the actual product and size chart, there will only be a deviation of 2 cm or less.

I have sent multiple emails but did not get any response.

Can I Add/Remove/Change an Item From My Order?

Please make sure that all details of your order should be final before you submit your order.
 If you find that you placed the wrong color or size, you can message us.

If in case changes on your order is no longer possible, please refer to our Return Policy.

Where do you ship to?

How long will my order take?

 

Shipping Processing: It takes about 5-7 working days after your order is dispatched. In busy seasons such as national holidays or our sales events, it could take longer than expected.

What are the charges for shipping?

For orders under 5000 PKR, there is a standard charge of 199 PKR per order.

What courier do you use?

Currently, we are working with Blue-Ex COD and Stallion Services.

Why is my order taking too long to be shipped?

Shipping Processing: Depending on your location it may take longer than expected.

For change in shipping address, please message us.

Note: After your order has been dispatched, we cannot change your shipping address.

How do I ship my order back to you?

My parcel has missing items. What Should I do?

How long is the Processing Time for Refund?

Phase 1: We will have to internally process your refund, which could take upto 2-3 working days.

Phase 2: We will make the transfer to your bank account or provide cash to your doorstep. Alternatively, we can also provide cash to you through Jazz Cash or Easy Paisa.
